For many, letting go can feel like an impossible task – but there’s a method to it, almost like a science. So grab a cup of coffee, find a quiet place, and join us every Tuesday at noon (Central) for our FREE ONLINE Meditation Group, where we’ll break down this challenging task with a repeatable, science-like approach.

During this hour together, we will experience our minds, bodies, emotions, and world in a new way, in a way that produces complete relaxation, a still mind and most importantly, the understanding of how you became that way.

After we have settled our minds, we will have the freedom to explore ourselves in a way that the “normal,” agitated mind cannot afford. We may discover who we are at our core – and, in doing so, begin to see ourselves, our lives, and the world profoundly differently from this new vantage point…

Whatever your experience, this guided exploration will be personal, offering you something uniquely useful to carry into moments throughout the week ahead.

Afterward, we will open it up to a group discussion for any who want to contribute. Our focus will be on how to apply what was experienced in a practical way – ultimately aiming to resolve challenges and create the greater fulfillment we all know is possible.

Feel free to keep your camera off if you prefer, or turn it on for a greater sense of connection and community. Either way, we look forward to sharing this space with you!
