Individual and Couples Counseling

Individual Counseling – In-Person (Ozark, MO) or Online

Throughout our lives, we develop a set of beliefs that tell us about our safety, our value, and what to expect tomorrow.  These beliefs become the lens of perception we use to experience ourselves and the world around us.  In individual counseling, we examine these beliefs to identify which ones are serving our greatest good and which ones are ready to evolve.  We learn to let go of all that we are not, as we become awake to the core essence of who we really are.  This is a uniquely individual process inspired by the profound heartaches, insights, disasters and triumphs that have brought you to this very place and time.  Thank you for your devotion to healing that which is asking to be loved, and knowing that which is asking to be lived.

Couples Counseling – In-Person (Ozark, MO) or Online

Intimate partnerships are a beautiful place to come to know ourselves and another with greater acceptance, appreciation, and love.  They are also almost always the place where we face our greatest insecurities, challenges, and opportunities for growth.  In couples counseling, we work together to better understand the conditioning from childhood and past relationships that is impacting our experience now.  With grace and compassion, we learn the art and science of forgiveness – both toward ourselves and each other.  True intimacy (into-me-I-see) is a journey of supporting one another on the path to our real selves.  I invite you and your partner to invest in this opportunity to create more joy and fulfillment with your beloved than ever before.
